Warranty Policy
All LED Products: 3-5 Year Replacement Limited Warranty

CGT carries a minimum 5-year limited warranty on all LED products for manufacturing defects or product failures.

If have quality problems, please provide pictures and videos for the products. After confirmation, we will provide you with the best possible technical support. Technical support is available by phone, chat and email. The warranty is valid and only applies when CGT products are properly used for their intended applications.

If still can’t solve the problem, we may send you a new light to replace it. CGT reserves the right to request return the defected product first. CGT reserves the right to replace the new similar products if the original products have been discontinued.
